I am firmly of the opinion that Netscape was the best browser ever, and deeply annoyed that it is no longer viable for actual surfing. (Firefox and I have never gotten along; it keeps turning any machine I've installed it on into a doorstop, so I've stopped even trying.)

Will Composer not run under newer OSes?

I hear you on "code I don't want" -- I'm enough of a hardcore purist that I do my HTML in a plain text editor. And then jump through a few hoops to test, re-edit, etc.; I can respect the desire for an editor that helps you without "helping" you.
